Starting off as a sole proprietorship, the company was incorporated in 1997 to cope up with its growing insurance business with an authorized capital of P2 million and a paid up capital of P500, 000.00. Last August 1998, the company finally moved to its new corporate offices at Pioneer Highlands in Mandaluyong City. Current premium production stands at P25 million.
