Menzi & Co., Inc.---Insurance Division(Menzi-Insurance) is a division of Menzi & Co., Inc., a domestic corporation established in 1921 by the father of Gen. Hans Menzi. Menzi & Co., Inc. has been engaged in trading, paper converting, indent, chemicals and fertilizers, publishing and insurance.
Menzi- Insurance started as a resident agent of The Netherlands Insurance Company,est. 1845 in the early part of the century. Later, Menzi-Insurance acted as managers of Netherlands Insurance Co. until their establishment of full branch office in the Philippines.
At present, Menzi-Insurance remains as special agent of the company.
From a "captive" insurance department, wherein a major part of the volume of business came from the insurance of Menzi properties, we have evolved into a full insurance division transacting the insurance business of multibillion peso properties of major construction companies, printers, traders, newspapers, shipping lines, developers and other companies.
We have sales offices in Cebu City, Bacolod City, and Davao City.
